Homeowner called with concerns about the trip hazard formed at the front door, and the water accumulation along the house due to the settlement of the concrete.  Mike was successfully able to utilize poly leveling to void fill, stabilize, and lift the patio to its original position, eliminating the trip hazard and reversing the pitch of the slab away from the home!  

Ben came to us with settlement issues to his pool deck and severe up-lifting of his public sidewalk due to tree roots. CPCL was able to stabilize and lift pool deck slab and lift surrounding slabs of sidewalk to make an even transition with the effected slabs eliminating serious trip hazards.

Joanna had some settlement to her driveway causing the slab to start pulling away from the garage. Settlement was leveled and stabilized to create a smooth transition into the garage from the driveway eliminating any further damage to the surrounding slabs.

Aaron was having issues with his patio slab and walkway settlement pitching towards his homes' foundation creating water build up. Central PA lifted and stabilized all settled slabs reverting water away from the homes' foundation.
